Spitzbuam is an Austrian synonym for adorable rascals. Florian Straif and Peter Wahrstätter are two young men, who manage the restaurant in the Hotel Hubertus. For Dinner, the guest will be treated to a creatively Cuisine which connects the fine French Style with Asian flavours. During Lunch time Florian goes back to the traditional roots of Austrian Cuisine and creative dishes from all over the world find their place on his menu. The wine selection will be a beautiful collection with rare and fine bottles from Austria and France.
