Terms of cancellation:
SUMMER: cancellations until 30 days before arrival are free of charge. WINTER: cancellations until 60 days before arrival are free of charge. (special conditions group bookings 3-5 rooms 60 days, from 6 rooms 90 days). If, unexpectedly, a a travel warning occurs and you cannot start your holiday in Austria, we offer a free change in booking.
